Pai Mu Tan

Pai Mu Tan (White Peony) is produced in the Fujian Province of Eastern China. freshly plucked tea buds are laid on to large blankets in the sun to wither and dry naturally. Once the leaf has withered enough,  a mixture of bud and large leaf classed as Pai Mu Tan (White Peony) is collected. The liquor of Pai Mu Tan is light and delicate with a slightly strongr nutty character . This tea is an excellent brew of very high standard which can be drunk either hot or cold.

Brewing Instructions: boiling water allow to cool for 2 minutes and allow to brew for at least a minimum of 3 minutes
